What inspired local painter and potter Mary Fassbinder to visit and paint all 63 National Parks in the U.S. within 4 years? Come hear the story of her Plein Air National Parks Painting Project that will inspire you to create goals and push your boundaries at 7 pm on Friday, January 24. She will share from the book she has written about her epic adventure and display some of her original works. Giclee prints will be available for sale.
Fassbinder has lived in West Petaluma for the past 40 years and was the sole proprietor of Fassbinder Gallery and Framing Atelier in downtown Petaluma from 2000 to 2023. A champion of nature, she wants to preserve the lands through art and stories that will feed the soul for future generations.
