Deep Flow Yoga: Emphasis on breath and awareness. This philosophy based practice includes a fluid sun salutation, asana practice offered with gradations of challenge, pranayama, mantra, and meditation.
Especially in the winter hours, the space is beautiful, with twinkling lights and the resonance of the church building.
I always welcome people in class to work with their authentic energy and range, to engage the whole self, and to adjust and innovate as wanted and needed.
