PRESENTER BIO: Alex Ellison is the founder of Throughline Guidance, a college and career guidance counseling practice, which has enabled her to work with schools, nonprofits, and families across the country. Her latest book with Betsy Wills, Your Hidden Genius, (Harvest/HarperCollins), helps readers discover their innate talents, interests, and personality traits to find happiness and career success. She writes and speaks extensively on the subject of careers and education. She resides in Santa Cruz, CA.
