Sourcing wellbeing: A community circle with the living Earth

In these challenging times, we welcome you with open arms. Join together in circle to connect with Nature, to share gratitude for this place, and to cultivate resilience and wellbeing. Free of charge, with no need to register. Everyone is welcome ~ all adults and children.

This is the first in a monthly series held on weekdays at varying times. Guided by Claire Peaslee, Ken Otter, and Taira Restar ~ through In Place.

Where and when: To participate in this community circle outdoors, please join us at Limantour Beach at 5:30 PM. We will meet near the beach access to the east or “left” of the main parking area. Take the last left turn off Limantour Road, and follow it to the small parking area. Please allow ten minutes walking time from your car to our gathering place, which you will easily see after crossing the dune. The only restroom is at the parking lot. Bring your own water to drink.

What is planned: We will be at the beach for up to 1.5 hours ~ until 7:00 PM ~ so please bring layers of clothing for your comfort in case of cool or windy conditions. We will gently guide the gathering: everyone joining in a collective circle, to share; each person taking a solo journey into close communion with Nature. You are welcome to bring a notebook or sketchbook. Our focus will be to sense and respond to what the living Earth offers us, singly and together, for resilience in a challenging time. At the close of this circle, people are free to leave or to stay and visit as you may plan.
