Imagination and delight reside in our physical selves, as any child of 5 already knows. "Improvisation of presence" ~ Action Theater ~ is a great way to increase resilience and have FUN. An ongoing practice group, open to new members, meets every 3 to 5 weeks in Point Reyes Station or Bolinas. Sessions are easy, surprising, and connected -- thanks to the folks who participate.
